Do I need an electric brake controller?
If your caravan has electric brakes — which most Australian vans over a certain weight do — then yes, your tow vehicle needs a controller. We'll confirm what your van has and what your vehicle already supports.
Why isn't my caravan battery charging while I drive?
Nine times out of ten it's voltage drop from cable that's too thin for the length of the run, so the battery sees far less than it needs. A properly sized Anderson circuit, or a DC-DC charger, fixes it. We can test what your van is actually receiving.
Can you fit a reverse camera to my caravan?
Yes, including setups that stay live while the van is coupled. We'll talk through wired versus wireless options and which suits your van and tow vehicle.
Can you set up a brand new tow vehicle?
Yes, and it's a good time to do it. Getting the Anderson circuit, brake controller and connectors right from the start avoids the patchwork that builds up when things get added one at a time.
